We provide a Seven day free exchange / size change policy. This means, at any time within 7 days if for any reason if the shoe size does not fit, you can get your shoe size changed without any size change or delivery charges. All you would need to do is send us back the shoe, and we will exchange it for free. Kindly Remember, All items must be in their original condition and have their tags attached to be eligible for an exchange. (Free size change / exchange is possible only once.)

An available stock item is dispatched immediately, Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If a certain item/size is unavailable in stock, you may have to choose a different available item from our store
RETURN FOR SALE ITEMS
On sale items there is only size change policy.
You will have to return us the shoe by courier And we shall send you, your exchanged product with a courier.
Kindly also note; Since Items are in Sale, we may run out of Items sizes. If such a situation occur, you will have to choose an item from available stock.
